This is an example of a communication folder that explains what
happened during the day. These can bridge the gap between home and
school communication. Pre-made forms can be given to the child to
be filled out independently or with a teachers help. Use at school
on a daily or weekly basis, or make some "home activity" forms that explain weekend activities for the child to share at
school.
the child's name goes at the top,
days of week,
center time activities,
special classes,
free time choices,
name of a friend played with.
The options are endless, and can be designed with specific communication
goals in mind.
