Difficulties staying in the seat

• Have the student sit on a stool or T-stand. A T-stand can force a child to pay attention to keeping balanced.
  
  
• Provide opportunities for the student to move.
  
  
• Allow the student to use a lapboard and work on the floor.
  
  
• Have the student work at a table to provide room for movement.
