Desktop MAS
The Desktop MAS program allows you to create and
save schedules on your local computer. You will need to
connect to the Internet to download the program and
images once. When you have finished, the program will
only connect to the Internet if you use new or changed
images and options.
how Desktop MAS works
Login into your account at www.do2learn.com. (When you first Download
the program, you will be given instructions on how to Download
and install Java and MAS on your computer which will place an MAS icon
on your desktop.) Start the program on your computer by clicking on
the MAS logo on your desktop or at Start > Programs >
Do2Learn > Make-A-Schedule > Make-A-Schedule.
Each time you use a new picture, the program will connect to the
Internet to get the picture. The program saves each picture on
your computer after you get it once from the Do2Learn website.You will
not need the Internet to reuse that image.
To use any schedule from another computer, you will need
to either use the Online MAS to both save and open
the schedule from both PCs, or email the schedule
as an attachment if you have the Desktop version installed on both machines. An emailed attachment can be saved
and opened as any other locally saved schedule by
the Desktop MAS program.
To change your password, email, settings or other
information from the Desktop MAS program, go to Tools
> My Account. You must be connected to the
internet when changing login information.
